How many guests can attend my wedding?
Our farm wedding venue is best suited to serve a maximum of 200 guests.
Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible! The ceremony space, reception space, and outdoor patio are wheelchair accessible.
Is your venue pet-friendly?
On our property, we have dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and donkeys. If you’d like to include animals in your wedding, please let us know so we can make the best arrangements.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Our large reception space ensures that your wedding will be gorgeous even if it’s on a rainy day. In the event of rain, we design your altar space in front of our gorgeous barn doors. During cocktail hour, we seamlessly flip the space for your reception
What days and times can I have my wedding?
We offer the flexibility to allow you to get married any day. Most of our couples choose Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and between 4-7 pm for a ceremony start time.

Is my rehearsal included in the wedding cost?
Yes, every wedding package includes a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal on our property on the day before or the morning of your wedding.
Can I spend my wedding night at the venue?
Yes! We love when couples spend their wedding night in our Treehouse. This beautiful, secluded house is the perfect intimate space to spend your first night as a married couple. In fact, our Gold and Platinum wedding packages include a stay in the Treehouse
Can I use my own vendors for the wedding?
Yes, you are always welcome to use your own vendors for your wedding. The only exception to this rule is that you have to work with one of our exceptional wedding coordinators. However, our wedding packages are all inclusive, complete with products and services from the best local vendors. We work with the area’s leading caterers, bakers, photographers, florists, and event planners to ensure your wedding day is flawless.
What is required to officially book with Cold Creek Farm?
A 25% deposit is required to lock in your date.
Can my wedding party get ready at the venue?
Yes! We have a fully equipped Bridal Suite and Groom’s Cabin so both the bridal party and groomsmen can get ready on-site. You can arrive at 10 am on the day of your wedding. Check out our Venue Features page to view photos and details!
How can we sample your vendors to choose our favorites?
We offer Quarterly Vendor Meetings so you can sample all the possible tastes, sounds, and sights of your wedding day. During these afternoon gatherings, you, your partner, and several family members are invited to meet all our vendors. This includes caterers, bakers, DJs, florists, coordinators, and so much more. This will also give you the chance to ask any questions and find the best vendors for your special day. Our all-inclusive wedding packages make it easy for you and your partner to plan an incredible wedding day!
Are tables, linens, and chairs included, or do I have to rent them myself?
Our all-inclusive wedding packages come with tables, chairs, and linens to outfit your reception. We also have several linen colors available to best match your wedding decor.
Do you have an inventory of decor (lighting, candle holders, vases, etc.) or do we have to bring our own?
Cold Creek Farm has a huge inventory of decor options including vases, glassware, candlesticks, votives, and so much more. We have accumulated a wide range of decor to compliment any wedding style. However, you are also welcome to bring some of your own decor pieces to add unique touches to your ceremony or reception. We’ll ensure each of your personal decor pieces is returned to you following your wedding.
Where can guests park on the wedding day?
We have two large parking lots on-site to accommodate all of your wedding guests.
Will there be room for a DJ and dancing during the reception?
Yes, we love when couples use our roomy dance floor, DJ space, and disco ball to dance and celebrate!
Do you have pictures of previous weddings that I can look at?
