Agreement to Terms

By submitting an inquiry, scheduling a tour, or otherwise engaging with Cold Creek Farm (operated by Red Gate Events, LLC), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Cold Creek Farm provides wedding and event venue services in Dawsonville, Georgia. Information provided through our website, communications, and tours is for general informational purposes. Final pricing, availability, and terms are subject to a signed event contract.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Cold Creek Farm regarding your inquiry, including emails, phone calls, and text messages.

SMS Messaging Terms

Cold Creek Farm provides SMS messaging to communicate with couples who inquire about our venue services ("SMS Program").

Program Name: Cold Creek Farm Venue Messaging

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and communication with the venue. You may receive responses to your inquiries, answers to questions, tour confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported Carriers: SMS is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
