My husband and I fell in love with Cold Creek Farm immediately after touring! The planning process was very organized with all the vendor meetings offered and so many great vendors! The owners, Jeff and Susan, were so helpful along the way! We couldn't imagine a more perfect perfect wedding day!

What can I say. Jeff and Susan were wonderful and made the entire planning process as easy as could be and worked with us during such a late ceremony time. The entire event staff was wonderful as well and let me observe set up as well. I have been waiting to get married here even before me and my now husband got engaged or even started dating. I love the rustic charm it has and the different areas to hang out at during reception time. All of the vendors are amazing and made our wedding day perfect. And the Treehouse was a perfect way to end our night. 10/10 perfect day.

Cold Creek Farm was the perfect wedding venue for us. With their all-inclusive packages and vendor meetings, we saved ourselves so much time and stress of finding vendors and coordinating payments and deposits with everyone. The venue is beautiful, even during winter (December wedding here!). Everything went seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

02/02/19 was the best day of my life. It was the day that I married my best friend, Chelsea. Cold Creek Farms was the best venue that we could possibly choose. Jeff, Susan, Carla, and the rest of the Cold Creek Farm Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make our "special" day even more special. The idea of having a “destination wedding” (we live in New York) was daunting as an idea alone. After hours and hour and HOURS searching for that place that caught our interest (the list was slim) we came across Cold Creek Farm. It looked like the closest thing to our ideal scene so we decided to fly down for a weekend and check it out. Our prayers were answered the moment we met Jeff and Susan and we decided that day to book our date. CCF was actually the first and only tour we did! Jeff and Susan really made you feel like family and we immediately felt that we were in the right hands. They took care of E V E R Y T H I N G which made planning a wedding long distance turn from the nightmare scenario into the dream that it should be. They totally worked with us in every detail and at the vendor’s meeting we had the luxury of making all of final decisions all at once. This is also where we met our photographer, Cait Carr (Bobo), who to this day we still consider one of the most stunning wedding photographers ever. Such a blessing to have these wonderful people with us on our most special day.

We actually came across Cold Creek Farm through an AD on facebook. We had a list of venues to tour but Cold Creek was definitely at the top of our list. Other venues we good, but Cold Creek was everything we were looking for in a wedding venue and more. Their all-inclusive packages are truly all-inclusive and at a price we couldn't beat. I'm a true believer in "you get what you pay for" and Cold Creek far exceeded that. Cold Creek made wedding planning so easy and so seamless. Our Coordinator - Lauren - was on top of everything and we couldn't have asked for a better day-of coordinator, she was amazing! Carla was always so quick to answer any questions I had and was always so helpful. Jeff and Susan opened up their home to us (as they do to all their guests) and allowed us to have a perfect fairy tale wedding. Carla was always so quick to answer any questions I had and was always so helpful.

We have worked with this great venue for few years now. Working with these folks is fun and the venue is wonderful in many ways. We love the landscaping and animals around the venue. Its just a great place to have an event! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I got married at Cold Creek Farm on November 5th and it was everything we could have dreamed of!! The decorators were very accommodating and attentive to our request. The food from Big Girl's catering was AMAZING, as was our cake/cupcakes/mini pies from Cake House On Main!! Amber Stewart, our coordinator, is super sweet and was amazing from the moment we booked her! Everyone we worked with at the farm was very helpful through out the entire process! Jeff and Susan, the owners, are such awesome people to work with! If you are looking for an all inclusive Barn wedding venue, then I would HIGHLY recommend Cold Creek Farm!

Cold Creek Farm is the perfect venue for a wedding. The farm is stunning and makes a majestic backdrop for photos. We chose to work with Cait Carr Bobo, who is the most talented photographer. She captured the beauty of the day with such ease. [You should check her out now.]
The groom's cabin, bridal suite, ceremony setting, cocktail patio, and indoor dining/dancing area are incredible. Each are specifically designed to make sure you, your partner, and your guests have the absolute best day. You can bring in your photos, signs, decorations, etc. to personalize the space.
Jeff, Susan, Cait, and their staff were kinder than I could have ever imagined. At each vendor meeting, they held personable conversations with us, remembered who we were, when our wedding was scheduled, and details about our day. When I saw potential rain in the forecast, I called Jeff immediately and he assured me that our wedding day would be perfect no matter the weather conditions. Looking back, I was admittedly a bit dramatic about the rain, but if you've seen the outdoor ceremony space and brides ascending down the bridal suite staircase, you would understand.
Everything about the planning process with Cold Creek Farm from the first tour to the end of the wedding was flawless. The vendors that partner with Cold Creek Farm work so well together and truly want you to have the day of your dreams. [Quick shout out to our wedding coordinator, Erin Bruce, who went on a beer run mid-reception.]
I recommend this venue to everyone. I cannot wait to attend future weddings, book photography sessions, and plan our anniversary parties at Cold Creek Farm. You will not regret your decision.

My wife and I want to thank Jeff, Carla, Jessica, and all the Cold Creek staff for making our daughter's wedding a truly special event. The Farm is beautiful and the occasion could not have been better. Almost all of our guests were from out of town and could not stop complimenting us on such a beautiful venue, awesome food and drink, and supportive staff. One of our guests even said that she had been to over 30 weddings and had never seen someone who drew caricatures. They loved the artist. Furthermore, the handmade ice cream was a huge hit as was the photo booth. The groom (boy's) cabin was great and the bride's loved the hair and make-up ladies very much. All-in-all, we cannot stop raving about how everything was terrific. Jeff, thank you for checking with me many times throughout the reception to make sure that guests and I were satisfied. Your attentiveness and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated. Thank you for making Alexis' and Daniel's day a most memorable one.

They are by your side every step of the way. The main thing I loved was the vendor meetings. The vendor meetings helped us choose vendors so much easier. It was perfect. Our day was flawless! If you want to sit back and really soak in your wedding day, Cold Creek Farm is where to go! The staff is beyond helpful and make sure you’re day flows and you can just enjoy every second. My wedding at CCF was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Everything was taken care of and exactly how I imagined it, with NO stress! Beautiful venue and the owners, Susan and Jeff, were great to work with. Highly recommend working with Jules, if possible. She made my day! There were a few issues but the owners were very responsive and understanding in addressing them.

We fell in love with Cold Creek the first day we went and saw it! The staff is super friendly and helps execute everything for you. Carla is amazing! She handled everything and was always available to help with anything we might need. They made setup and clean up a breeze for our families and we are so appreciative of that! They also have vendor meetings periodically and this helped us find some incredible people- photographer, caterer, photo booth, florist etc. They were lacking in the DJ and Videographer area- felt like they could've had more/better options for that. They have a great back up plan for rain/cold and can adapt to any weather situation which was a real draw for us! The space is beautiful and they are continuously making upgrades to the property so it will just keep getting better and better! My only complaints were the grooms cabin is not heated- the guys froze on the wedding day. Lastly they have a fair amount of religious symbols around the property which did not really fit our style- when asked if we could cover or take them down for our day we were told no. While I do respect the beliefs of others it does make it difficult for couples to make it fully their day. Overall we loved our wedding at Cold Creek farm and so did all of our guests! I would recommend this venue to anyone. The staff is top notch and the owners are true sweethearts- you won't regret it!

We married in September, and we still hear from family and friends how beautiful our wedding was. We had such a great experience working with Jeff, Susan, Carla, and the whole staff involved. Absolutely gorgeous venue, and their packages make it so much easier to select vendors for everything. Highly recommend!

Last year, I chose this wedding venue for my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the wedding. The terms were once they filled the date, I would receive most of my deposit back. These past 12 months between my father and I, we contacted Jeff multiple times. He finally acknowledged in July 2019 that they had rebooked the date. Jeff stated he would send an excel spreadsheet showing the refund calculation and follow that up with a check. We never received either. We contacted him multiple times to which he has not returned our calls. This venue is beautiful and normally I would recommend it to any future bridal couple but due to the poor service we have received, I have nothing positive to say.

I cannot day enough good things about Cold Creek Farm and every person that works there! They truly made our wedding day perfect and beautiful. From the day we booked our wedding date until the actual day itself, they made sure all our needs and wants were met! The entire planning process was made so easy for us. We would recommend Cold Creek Farms to anyone!

We had our wedding at Cold Creek Farm on May 5th. This venue is rustic and so beautiful! Jeff and his team were wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. They made the entire process as stressfree as it could be.
The package we selected included just about everything you would ever need for your wedding, plus more. All of the vendors used at our wedding, we selected through the Cold Creek Farm preferred vendors. We got to meet all of them at the vendor meetings, which were so fun and really made the process a lot easier. All the vendors are the best of the best.
Everything turned out so perfect, and we can't imagine having our wedding any other way. We would highly recommend Cold Creek Farm for your wedding :)

My wedding was beyond amazing!!! This venue does a really great job of making sure your big day is perfect, and they make the planning process incredibly easy! Everyone who works at the farm is so nice and will bend over backwards for you. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was no AC in the barn, and my wedding was in August. I was told that they would have AC units installed by then, but that didn’t happen and it was very toasty all night. Also, when the DJs plugged in one of their speakers, they blew a circuit and all the power went out. But they got it fixed and the staff was very accommodating and added extra time to our reception to make up for this. Overall, great venue with great people working there. Highly recommend!
